A truly beautiful display of hand made craft.  The decoration along collar and  pockets are all hand sewn showcasing each stitch. 

The Rabari community were originally nomadic travelers, with some settling in Kutch, Gujarat. The women of the community, now working with Kala Raksha, a grassroots social enterprise that is dedicated to preserving traditional arts, have used their creative licence to create traditional embroidered applique pieces.

Note: The garment may exhibit patchy dyeing and marks as a result of the natural dyeing process. The print may naturally fade due to exposure to sunlight and washing. Dry crocking (the transfer of dye onto other fabrics and surfaces when dry) may also occur. Refrain from pairing this clothing item with light colors until any remaining color has been eliminated, as there might be some color transfer.
